Placement Cell:

The Placement Cell of R. B. Narayanrao Borawake College organizes campus interviews by inviting various pharmaceutical industries/companies for the placement of the student. Along with providing placement support to students of B.Sc/M.Sc., the placement cell also helps in managing industry-academia interactions.

For better employability and economical support to students, the college has signed MoU’s with Tata Business Support Service (TBSS) Limited, Hyderabad. Tata Business Support Services (TBSS) Limited has established a BPO center on our campus in December 2011. Tata Business Support Services (TBSS) Limited is working with a large number of students from the college. In the last five years, 267 students from the campus and off-campus are placed on various positions through TBSS center.

In the selection and placement process, the first priority is given to the college candidates who are economically poor and unable to complete their education because of financial reasons. College and Tata business group encourage the students to become self-dependent to complete their education and promote the concept of Earn While Learn. Along with this, the college conducts campus interviews in collaboration with Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Bank, Harman Fino-chem Ltd. Aurangabad, Sci-Edge Abstract Ltd., Pune, Navin Fluorine Ltd., Surat, Jubilant ChemSys Ltd., Noida, Macleods Pharmaceutical Ltd., Mumbai etc. Through these on and off-campus interviews, 687 students are placed in various positions. The college runs various value-added and short term courses to make the students competent enough to grab the job opportunities.
