Provisional Admission Form

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Fill all the fields properly and correctly.
  2. Upload properly scanned and visible necessary documents.
  3. Admission to B.Sc. course will be done on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis.
  4. The final admission will be based on Admission and Reservation rules laid down by the Government of Maharashtra and Savitribai Phule Pune University and number of seats available. 
  5. Your provisional admission will not be complete unless the payment is successful and proof of the same is uploaded with this form.
  6. After successful form submission, you will receive an email with all the details filled by you. (Check spam folder in case you do not receive it in the inbox)
  7. The allotment of MAJOR SUBJECT will depend on number of available seats.
  8. The college reserves the right to cancel incomplete/incorrectly filled provisional admission forms.
  9. A provisional admission does not guarantee a confirmed admission to the course
